Belle Mere Fitness Return Policy

At Belle Mere Fitness, we are committed to providing high-quality fitness equipment tailored to your needs. However, we understand that situations may arise where a return is necessary. Please review our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customers must provide proof of purchase. Custom-built products are not eligible for returns. Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are non-returnable. Exchanges are available for eligible products, as outlined in the exchange policy below.

Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Provide Required Information – You will need to provide your order number, proof of purchase, and images of the item (if applicable).

Receive Return Authorization – Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with the return shipping address.

Ship the Item – Package the item securely and include the RAN. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Inspection & Processing – Once received, our team will inspect the product. If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed as per our refund/exchange policy.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Restocking fees are deducted from the refund amount.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. Belle Mere Fitness is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Exchanges for different products or models require the customer to cover any price differences and shipping fees.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-built and personalized products. Clearance and sale items. Items damaged due to misuse or improper assembly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may provide a replacement or refund based on the claim outcome.
