Belle Mere Fitness Shipping Policy

At Belle Mere Fitness, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent shipping experience for our customers. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
We currently only ship within the United States (excluding U.S. territories and international destinations).
Shipping rates are determined by the carrier at checkout.

Processing & Build Time

Our fitness equipment is custom-built, requiring a build time of 4-10 business days before shipment.
Once built and processed, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive at the destination.

Shipping Insurance & Tracking

All shipments include insurance covering the full value of the product in case of loss or damage during transit.
Customers will receive tracking information via email once the order has shipped.

Delivery & Receiving

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure accuracy, as we are not responsible for delays or fees due to incorrect addresses.
If a package is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist in filing a claim with UPS.
If the carrier marks a package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your local UPS facility, or your building’s front desk before reaching out to us.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
Once production has started, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
If a package is refused upon delivery, a restocking fee of 10% may apply, and shipping costs will be non-refundable.
