We make bars for lifters who want a better grip path and a bar that lasts a lifetime — not a catalog of generic fitness gear. Every bar leaves the shop with the same standard: heavy-duty steel, modular sleeves, and a 1,100 lb tested capacity.
The modular sleeve system
Most specialty bars lock you into one plate size. Ours don't. The BMF modular-sleeve pin system lets you swap between 1" standard and 2" Olympic plates on the same bar — no second bar, no adapter stack. Pop the pin, change the sleeve, lift.
