The Standard Multi Grip frame is 40" while the shorty, being 34" is designed to fit typical stand alone bench press racks 36" or wider. Crafted in Texas with the same heavy-duty rectangular tubing frame, this flat-frame bar is built to handle 1,100 lb at max capacity and can be built to meet your training needs. Its three-piece modular design offers versatility for your space, exercises, and goals, without the camber, just pure, straightforward strength.
