Really solid bar, the angles have the right amount of curve to them making curls, reverse curls, and any tricep work feel comfortable. The bar is hefty and the knurling is also great. Best curl bar I've ever used!
This bar feels like a tank, pretty heavy duty and assembly is easy. Overall I'm satisfied since it feels like this bar can take a beating.
