Belle Mere Fitness is pleased to introduce it's newest addition to the multi-grip lineup, the Multi-Grip Hammer Press Bar. Uniquely designed to specifically and effectively target the forearms and biceps. This specialty bar maintains our three-piece modular design, allowing users to configure their setup based on space and exercise needs. The Hammer Press bar has a heavy duty rectangle frame features two fixed position grips, one set of neutral grips and one angled pair.
