Belle Mere Fitness Return Policy

At Belle Mere Fitness, we are committed to providing high-quality fitness equipment and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. Custom orders and sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct product. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the error was on our part.

Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at BelleMereFabrications@gmail.com to request a return authorization.

Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

Ship the Return: Use a trackable shipping method to send the item back to our return address.

Processing: Once received, returns are inspected, and eligible refunds (minus the restocking fee) will be processed within 7 business days.

Additional Notes
