The BMF 2” Cambered Multi-Grip Bar is designed for lifters who want one bar that can handle many roles without sacrificing strength, balance, or build quality.

While the camber and grip geometry naturally promote more comfortable joint positions, this bar is built first and foremost for versatility and technical training. It is intended for lifters who want more exercise options from a single tool and equipment that holds up under long-term use.

Cambered Frame Geometry

The 4.25 inch camber depth increases usable range of motion while keeping the bar stable and predictable under load. This design works especially well for bench variations, rows, skull crushers, and extensions.

Multi-Grip Layouts

Choose from angled, neutral, or mixed grip configurations. Angled grips are set at 20 degrees to encourage natural wrist alignment, while neutral grips provide a straight and controlled feel.

Modular Sleeve System

Loading pins are interchangeable by length, allowing the bar to be configured for different plate stacks, space limitations, or future upgrades without replacing the frame.

Grip Diameter and Texture Options
