Cobra-Knotted 550 Paracord Connection
Each handle connects to the central attachment ring through a tightly woven cobra knot made from genuine 550 paracord. This construction allows the handles to move naturally during cable movements while maintaining excellent tensile strength and durability.
Solid Steel Handles
Each handle measures 5 inches in length and is machined from steel, providing a rigid grip surface that will not flex or compress under load.
Rigid handles allow more direct force transfer than rope ends, improving control during heavy pushdowns, curls, and cable rows.
Beveled Handle Interior
The inner edge of the handle is beveled so the paracord never contacts a sharp edge. This small detail protects the cord and helps extend the working life of the attachment.
Heavy-Duty Steel Attachment Ring
A thick steel ring serves as the primary connection point to the cable machine. This ring works with standard cable clips and carabiners used on most commercial and home gym cable systems.
The ring also allows both handles to move independently while remaining balanced during the lift.
Grip Diameter Options
Cobra Cable Handles use the same grip diameters found on BMF multi-grip bars so lifters can maintain consistent hand feel across equipment.
Small — 26mm (1 1/16")
Medium — 31mm (1 5/16")
Large — 43mm (1 11/16")
Smaller grips favor endurance and control while larger grips increase grip demand and forearm engagement.
Grip Texture Options
Four grip surface options allow lifters to choose the feel that best matches their training style.
Stippled knurling
Micro knurling
Diamond knurling
Coarse textured coating
Each provides a different balance between comfort and grip security depending on the movement.
Custom Paracord Color Options
Multiple 550 paracord color options allow lifters to personalize their cable setup without affecting strength or durability.
