Frame Style

Cambered Bar

The cambered frame drops the weight slightly below your hands. This gives you more range of motion on presses and changes how the weight feels at the bottom of the lift.

If you’ve ever felt limited by how shallow a press feels, this fixes that.

Flat Swiss Bar

Keeps everything in line and predictable. No added depth, no extra movement. Just a stable bar path that’s easy to control.

Good for repeat work, higher volume, and lifters who prefer consistency.

Frame Length

Standard (40")

Full size with four grip pairs. Covers the widest range of positions.

Shorty (34")

More compact with three grip pairs. Better for tighter racks or smaller spaces.

Where should I start if I’m not sure what to choose?

Start with how you train most. If you want more range of motion, go cambered. If you want something simple and predictable, go flat. From there, pick grip layout and diameter based on comfort.

Can I change parts later?

Yes. Sleeves and some components can be swapped out.

Is the Shorty version enough?

For most home gyms, yes. You lose one grip position but gain space and easier handling.

Why not just buy a standard Swiss bar?

You can, but you’re locked into whatever layout it comes with. This gives you control over how the bar actually feels and performs.
